Delivery and returns
UK Delivery
Free UK Delivery when you spend over £90*.
A £6 delivery fee will be applied to orders less than £90.
For next working day delivery (Mainland UK only), your order must be received before 1pm.
*please note that due to recent legislation changes we are currently not delivering to Northern Ireland or the EU. We do apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.
**please note timing of order despatch may be impacted during peak demand periods**
All other UK orders will be delivered 2-3 workings days after placing the order.
Orders are dispatched for delivery Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Our choice of courier is DPD.
What to expect
Once you have paid for your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided to us. Once your order is shipped, you will get a shipping confirmation email and then communication from DPD to inform you of your delivery time.
Please note: If you are not at your chosen address when DPD attempts to deliver your parcel, and if no alternative instructions had been provided via its website or app (e.g. a named safe place), it may try a neighbour or leave your package at your nearest DPD Pickup parcelshop.
If you do not receive a calling card, please check the DPD app, your emails, or text
messages for communication from DPD confirming the location of your parcel.
Should your delivery not be received within 3 working days of despatch for UK deliveries, or within 6 working days of despatch for International deliveries, please contact us at help@steptronicfootwear.com.
UK Returns
We accept returns on orders within 14 days of delivery.
Unwanted items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in perfect
condition; and please make sure that the returns form is completed and included.
If you do not have your returns form, please contact us at help@steptronicfootwear.com prior to returning your parcel.
There will be a non-refundable charge for returns which the customer is liable for.
All items remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received back to us and we are unable to take any responsibility for goods that are lost or damaged in the post.
How to Return
Option 1 - Using DPD's Returns Portal
The easiest way to return is by using DPD's Returns Portal, which can be found here - https://our-returns.dpd.co.uk/COMFORT_SHOES_LIMITED.
You can choose to print your own label at home, or you can take your parcel to your nearest Post Office, where they can print it for you. DPD offer thousands of drop-off locations across the country, including Co-op, Sainsburys, making it easy and flexible around you.
Should you use this service option, a £4.99 charge will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Option 2 - You can use a postal service of your choosing
You can use a different postal service for your return of your choosing, however as the items do remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received back to us and as we are unable to take any responsibility for goods that are lost or damaged in the post, we do request that you send your return by registered post and that you keep your proof of postage for reference. You will be responsible for all costs incurred for returns postage and these are not refundable.

Fault Issue
We pride ourselves on high quality garments, however if you have a product you believe is faulty, please email help@steptronicfootwear.com with full detail of what you believe the fault is and we will be able to advise on the next steps.
International Returns

EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or alternative product, please return the item purchased from our website for a refund (if it meets the requirements of our refund policy) and place a new order for your replacement items.
