We will endeavour to deliver your order in accordance with the delivery dates we state at the time of your order and to the preferred delivery address unless otherwise stated by you when placing your order.
Please note, our fulfilment partner for deliveries is Amazon (Fulfilment By Amazon) therefore your order will be delivered in Amazon branded packaging - all customer service enquiries are handled by Steptronic Footwear, please contact email@example.com in the first instance.
If, in the unlikely event we cannot meet your order time frame, we will contact you with an estimated timescale for despatch - you may have the option to cancel your order at any time prior to the new estimated date of despatch and we will provide you with a full refund for your product plus standard shipping (Express shipping or non-UK Mainland Shipping is non-refundable, unless the goods are returned and acknowledged faulty).
Any orders resulting in non-delivery will become our liability and we will endeavour to re-send your product at our earliest convenience or you will be entitled to a full refund.
Returns & Refunds
Returning your footwear
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from Steptronic Footwear then you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange by taking the following action:
- Download and print your returns form. HERE
- Package your unworn footwear, in the original packaging and include all original paperwork and your returns form.

Processing your Refund:
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unworn, in the original packaging and free from defects.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s), we recommend that you send the item with proof of postage.
Return shipping is non-refundable unless the goods are deemed as faulty in which case you will be required to prove your return shipping cost to allow us to refund you in full for your product and shipping.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it, we will then notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item without undue delay. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a 14-days of receipt of the goods by us.
Processing your Exchange
Please indicate the style in which you want to exchange your return for on the returns form. Once we recieve your return we will endeavor to process your exchange and will inform you via email when your exchange has been dispatched.
